DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to reargue appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered February 27, 2019 and April 14, 2020, which appeals were determined in a decision and order of this court dated September 9, 2022, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals and motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition of the motions; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
