Motion by respondent on an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 11, 2018, for the release of funds on deposit.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the New York State Comptroller's Office of Unclaimed Funds is directed to release the funds on deposit in the matter to respondent, less any lawful fees.
