| IN THE MATTER OF WILLIAM J. COKE, SR.,
PETITIONER, V NIAGARA COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY, ET AL, RESPONDENT. |
Petitioner having moved for poor person relief and for other relief in this original CPLR Article 78 proceeding, and having separately moved for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks poor person relief is denied on the ground that the facts as set forth by petitioner fail to demonstrate merit to the proceeding, and
It is further ORDERED that the motions are denied insofar as they seek other relief.
