It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that the appeals are perfected on or before January 27, 2023, and

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken from the order entered October 25, 2021(CA 22-00115), is dismissed as unnecessary.
