Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 9, 2020.
Motion by the appellants to stay the eviction and/or removal of the appellants from the subject premises, to stay the sale and/or transfer of the subject premises, to stay all proceedings in an action pending in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, under Index No. 609098/2020, and to stay all proceedings pending in a proceeding in the Nassau County District Court, under Index No. LT-004486/2018, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
