Appeals from seven orders of the Family Court, Queens County, four dated August 12, 2021, one dated September 24, 2021, one dated October 19, 2021, and one dated November 1, 2021, respectively. Motion by the attorney for the children to hold the appeals in abeyance pending determination by the Court of Appeals of an appeal entitled Matter of D.L. v S.B.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the appeal was decided (see Matter of D.L. v S.B., __ NY3d __, 2022 NY Slip Op 05940).
