Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated May 12, 2020. Application by the appellant to withdraw the appeal insofar as taken against the respondent Elaine Pare-Gulati.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the stipulation of the parties dated December 17, 2022, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the decision and order on application of this Court dated December 28, 2022, in the above-entitled matter is amended by deleting therefrom the entry concerning the above-referenced appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the appeal is deemed withdrawn insofar as taken against Elaine Pare-Gulati, without costs or disbursements.
