Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated April 6, 2021, and a judgment of the same court dated April 26, 2021. Application by the appellant to withdraw the appeals insofar as taken against the respondent Elaine Pare-Gulati.

ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeals are deemed withdrawn insofar as taken against Elaine Pare-Gulati, without costs or disbursements.
