Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 18, 2021, and February 1, 2022, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated June 3, 2021. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay his obligation to pay pendente lite maintenance and to stay all proceedings to enforce such obligation, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
