Appeal by Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 12, 2022. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of the order as permits the respondent Zyquashia H. D. to have 30-minute unsupervised "sandwich" visits with the subject child Samore D. in the community and to direct that the respondent Zyquashia H.D.'s visitation with the subject children continue to be supervised, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
