By order to show cause dated September 12, 2022, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no paper of the County Court, Dutchess County, dated August 26, 2022, was issued in the above-entitled matter.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto,
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
