DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2022-09400, 2022-09401, 2022-09402

Richard Luftig, et al., appellants,

v Continental Home Loans, Inc., et al.,

respondents.

(Index No. 611367/2019)

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 1, 2022, an order dated October 6, 2022, and two judgments of the same court, both dated October 31, 2022, respectively. Motion by the appellants to consolidate the appeals and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders are dismissed on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the orders dated February 1, 2022, and October 6, 2022, terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of the judgments of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated October 31, 2022 (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the judgments is denied as premature; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.

BRATHWAITE NELSON, J.P., MALTESE, FORD and VOUTSINAS, JJ., concur.
