| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Robert Michael Ibraham for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Ibraham was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 10, 2001. By opinion and order of this Court dated March 13, 2013, Mr. Ibraham was disbarred upon his conviction of multiple felonies, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselor-at-law, effective January 11, 2012. By decision and order on motion dated May 13, 2020, Mr. Ibraham's first motion for reinstatement was denied.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance, and the matter is referred to a Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Robert Michael Ibraham's character and fitness to practice law.
