| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Donald V. Pupke, Jr., for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Pupke was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 9, 1986. By opinion and order of this Court dated September 26, 2018, Mr. Pupke was suspended for a period of two years, commencing on October 26, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Donald V. Pupke, Jr., does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
