| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered January 23, 2019. Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief, to relieve assigned counsel, and for the assignment of new counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before March 14, 2023; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file the supplemental brief, by mail, and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to relieve assigned counsel and for the assignment of new counsel are denied.
