ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated January 9, 2023, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the defendant-appellant's time to perfect the appeal in the above-entitled matter the date "February 16, 2023" and substituting therefor the date "February 22, 2023."
