Appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 21, 2017, and December 14, 2017, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated January 26, 2022. Motion by the respondents Farrell Fritz, P.C. and John R. Morken for leave to reargue the appeals, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Separate motion by the respondents Campolo, Middleton & McCormick, LLP, Joseph N. Campolo, and Patrick McCormick for leave to reargue the appeals, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
