Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, both dated February 23, 2022, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 16, 2022. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 16, 2022, and to reinstate the appeals.
