Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered July 23, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 14, 2022, that branch of the motion of the appellant pro se which was for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief was granted.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 14, 2022, as granted that branch of the motion of the appellant pro se which was for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is recalled and vacated, and that branch of the motion is denied.
The appellant has failed to file a pro se supplemental brief although afforded sufficient opportunity to do so.
