An order having been entered on June 1, 2022, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning the Monroe County Public Defender, as counsel to perfect the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Shirley A. Gorman, Esq., dated November 4, 2022, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Charu Narang, Esq., 224 Surrey Hill Way, Rochester, New York 14623-3048, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered March 28, 2022, in place and stead of the Monroe County Public Defender, and

It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Charu Narang, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to March 13, 2023, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
