Appellants having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Surrogate's Court, Oneida County, entered August 3, 2021 (CA 22-00251), September 21, 2022 (CA 22-01573), and October 11, 2022 (CA 22-01753),
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that CA 22-00251 is removed from the February 23, 2023 day calendar of this Court and is added to the term of this Court commencing April 3, 2023, to be heard together with the appeals in CA 22-01573 and CA 22-01753.
