Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Steuben County, entered July 30, 2021, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is insofar as it seeks the reassignment of counsel is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Kathleen E. Casey, Esq., 9240 Haight Road, Barker, New York 14012, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal, in place and stead of Cara A. Waldman, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Steuben County Family Court Clerk provide Kathleen E. Casey, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to March 13, 2023, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
