Respondent-appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered December 17, 2019 (CAF 21-00014), and July 2, 2020 (CAF 21-00017), and for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order of Family Court entered July 30, 2021 (CAF 22-00406),

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken under Appellate Division docket numbers CAF 21-00014 and CAF 21-00017 is granted on the condition that the appeals are perfected on or before January 31, 2023, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken under Appellate Division docket number CAF 22-000406 is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to January 31, 2023, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
