Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered February 16, 2022, and February 25, 2022, for an extension of time to perfect, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted, and the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension time to perfect is granted, the consolidated appeals shall be perfected on or before February 6, 2023, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
