Appeal by Kerry Dinneen from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated April 1, 2022. Pursuant to a scheduling order of this Court dated September 9, 2022, the appellant was required to perfect the appeal by December 19, 2022. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
