Motions by appellant for leave to reargue appeals from (1) judgments of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District (Karen Kerr, J.), rendered January 22, 2019 and (2) an order of that court dated April 6, 2021, which were consolidated for purposes of disposition and determined by decision and order of this court dated August 11, 2022. Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
