DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Andrew J. Shatles, Appellant.

Motion by appellant (1) to compel the Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency to produce an audible copy of the trial minutes from July 22, 2021 and September 10, 2021 to the certified transcriber, and (2) for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal, on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered October 25, 2021.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion to compel the Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency to produce an audible copy of the trial minutes from July 22, 2021 and September 10, 2021 to the certified transcriber is granted, and the Agency shall produce the copy to the certified transcriber within 15 days of the date of this decision & order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of appellant's motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before March 31, 2023.
