Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of Orangetown, Rockland County, rendered July 6, 2022, to continue the stay of execution of judgment, which was granted by the Supreme Court, Rockland County, on July 21, 2022, pending the determination of the appeal to this court.
