Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered June 1, 2022, May 22, 2022, and September 17, 2022, and an application having been made for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Children,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Marybeth D. Barnet, Esq., 1445 Upper Hill Road, Middlesex, New York 14507-9713, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Children and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one electronic copy of a respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon any party exempt from e-filing pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.17 (c) (6) (A), and
It is further ORDERED that the Attorney for the Children submit her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before March 6, 2023, and the Clerk is directed to accept said brief for filing.
