Petitioner-respondent having moved to dismiss the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered April 25, 2022, April 29, 2022, May 2, 2022, and May 11, 2022, and respondents-appellants having moved for sanctions and for other relief and having separately moved to transfer the appeals to another judicial department and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion to transfer the appeals to another judicial department and for other relief is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion for sanctions and for other relief is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed as moot.
