ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated January 23, 2023, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the respondents' time to serve and file a brief in the above-entitled matter the date "January 17, 2023," and substituting therefor the date "February 17, 2023."
