DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Steven Soloway for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Soloway was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 26, 1986, under the name Steven A. Soloway. By decision and order dated November 5, 2015, Mr. Soloway's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and, inter alia, his name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, without prejudice to an application for reinstatement.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that on or before March 28, 2023, Steven Soloway, admitted as Steven A. Soloway, file with the Clerk of the Court proof of payment of registration fee arrears incurred prior to his resignation as well as payment for the current registration period; and it is further,

ORDERED that upon filing proof of payment, as directed above, the Clerk of the Court shall restore the name of Steven A. Soloway, to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, and Steven A. Soloway shall be reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law.
