ORDERED that the order on certification dated January 23, 2023, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order on certification is substituted therefor:

Appeal by Dominick Kaing Adams from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 6, 2022. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Alan Fried, dated May 6, 2022, it is
