Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 20, 2022. Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in a proceeding entitled Miah v Nesa, pending in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, Housing Part, under L & T Index No. LT-302688-22 QU, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all proceedings in a proceeding entitled Miah v Nesa, pending in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, Housing Part, under L & T Index No. LT-302688-22 QU, are stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
