DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 27, 2023. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, the respondent shall have parenting time with the subject child in accordance with the order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 27, 2023, commencing no later than Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., pending hearing and determination of the appeal, pending a determination in either New York or Canada regarding jurisdiction, or pending further order of the Family Court, Queens County, whichever occurs first.
