DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 27, 2021. Motion by the appellant Gerard F. Palazzo to extend the time to perfect his appeal. Cross motion by the appellant Call-Brite Electrical Contracting, Inc., to extend the time to perfect its appeal.
