Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 23, 2022. Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action due to the death of the defendant Ahmed Kamal, pending the appointment of a personal representative of the estate of the deceased defendant and, in effect, the substitution of the personal representative of the estate of the deceased defendant for the deceased defendant and amendment of the caption.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
