Li Jen Yao, Appellant, v Lesley Steele, Respondent.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated December 10, 2020, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated May 24, 2021 and extended by decisions and orders on motion of this court dated February 16, 2022 and June 27, 2022, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the appellant perfect the appeal no later than February 24, 2023; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before February 24, 2023, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
