DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant, by order to show cause, for a stay of eviction pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated July 26, 2022. Separate motion by respondent to vacate the temporary stay in the order to show cause and to extend its time to oppose appellant's motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motion and respondent's motion are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of respondent's motion seeking to extend its time to oppose appellant's motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the remainder of respondent's motion is denied as moot.
