DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to compel the court to settle the trial transcript and to file a return, on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Head of the Harbor, Suffolk County, rendered April 15, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to compel settlement of the transcript and compel the court to file a return are granted, and Ellen D. Fishkin is directed to settle the transcript and file a return with the Justice Court of the Village of Head of the Harbor forthwith; and
On the court's own motion, it is further,
ORDERED the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the appeal shall be perfected on or before April 3, 2023.
