Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 25, 2017, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated January 19, 2022. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the appeal and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending determination of the motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to reargue the appeal is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
