Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated April 15, 2020, a judgment of the same court dated May 29, 2020, and two orders of the same court dated October 20, 2020, and February 22, 2021, respectively. Motion by the respondent to consolidate the appeals and, in effect, for an extension of time to serve and file a brief on the appeal from the order dated April 15, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
