| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated July 22, 2021. Motion by David Friedricks, as administrator of the estate of Susan Friedricks, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Susan Friedricks, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the deceased appellant Susan Friedricks.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, David Friedricks, as administrator of the estate of Susan Friedricks is substituted for the deceased appellant Susan Friedricks, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased appellant Susan Friedricks, is vacated.
