Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 3, 2018, and September 26, 2019, respectively. Motion by Deidre Okeke, as administrator of the estate of Theophilus Okeke, to be substituted for the deceased respondent, Theophilus Okeke, to amend the captions accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the deceased respondent Theophilus Okeke.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Deidre Okeke, as administrator of the estate of Theophilus Okeke, is substituted for the deceased respondent Theophilus Okeke, the captions are amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased respondent Theophilus Okeke, is vacated.
