Appeal, by permission, from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 20, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 18, 2020, the motion of the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief was granted. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 14, 2021, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 18, 2020, was recalled and vacated, and the motion for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief was denied. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 26, 2022, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 14, 2021, was recalled and vacated, and the appellant was directed to serve and file his supplemental brief on or before March 25, 2022.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 26, 2022, is recalled and vacated, and the motion for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief is denied.
The appellant has failed to file a pro se supplemental brief although afforded sufficient opportunity to do so.
