Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 5, 2022. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in a proceeding pending in the City Court of Yonkers, under Index No. LT-001800-22, including staying enforcement of a warrant and judgment of eviction, to enjoin the initiation of any new eviction proceedings, and to stay the re-letting or sale and transfer of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
