Appeal by Atilio C., and cross appeal by Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 1, 2022. Separate appeal by Maria S. V. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 10, 2022. Motion by Administration for Children's Services to consolidate the appeals. Motion by appellant Atilio C. to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated March 1, 2022.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by Atilio C. is granted, and the appellant Atilio C.'s time to perfect the appeal from the order dated March 1, 2022, by causing the original papers constituting the record on appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]), and by serving the appellant Atilio C.'s brief, and uploading a digital copy of the appellant Atilio C.'s brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, is extended until March 24, 2023.
