Application by the defendant pursuant to CPL 530.45 to be released on his own recognizance or, in the alternative, to set bail after his convictions of reckless endangerment in the second degree and tampering with physical evidence in the County Court, Orange County, upon a jury verdict, on October 24, 2022. The County Court, Orange County, remanded the defendant pending the imposition of sentence.
