| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by David Williams pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the County Court, Westchester County, dated July 22, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time for David Williams to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated July 22, 2022, is extended until March 27, 2023; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
