Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 23, 2018, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 1, 2023. Motion by the respondents Arthur Strimling, Lisa Segal, Timothy Pietrzak, Catherine Shannon, Boris Gilzon, 393 16th Street, LLC, Martin Zoltowski, and Memorial Baptist Church of Brooklyn to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
